Hello, I am

Sahil Dhawan

Technical Lead / Project Manager

Bridging the gap between `We need this ASAP` and `Why doesn't this compile`. Welcome to my world!

About Me

I started my career as an iOS Developer in 2018, progressing to lead my own team and mentor developers. Transitioning to project management, I introduced Agile and Scrum methodologies, improving project execution. After establishing the Business System Analyst role and streamlining project management, I returned to the technical domain, now leading teams in building next-generation web applications and driving innovation across the organization.

Beyond Code

I care about writing clean, dependable code — but just as much, I care about helping teams move with clarity, especially when things get messy. I’ve learned to navigate across platforms, spot overlaps early, and stay calm when scope shifts or trade-offs start piling up. I like to keep things moving, unblock where I can, and every so often, zoom out to ask, “Are we solving the right problem?” For me, building is as much about process as it is about product — and the best work tends to happen when we get both right.

As I like to remind myself: “You can’t ship clarity, but you can build around it — and that’s usually close enough.”
